AI Policy

I do not use any generative AI (text, image, or video) to generate any of my website copy, social media content, blog posts, product designs, marketing materials, and any front-facing business materials whatsoever.

I do not use any AI bots to assist with customer service, marketing, or any other purpose whatsoever.

I do not use any AI-assisted features in Zoom or video calls, such as while conducting breathwork sessions.

I occasionally use ChatGPT for task management and personal planning. These inquires are rare (less than 5x per month).

I plan to use Github Copilot in the future to assist with game development.
