I spent years intellectualizing my emotions, which is another way of saying I suppressed them. Sure, I'd heard the phrase "feel your feelings" — but it turns out I was just thinking about feeling them. Breathwork got me out of my head for the first time since I was a young child chasing butterflies, and I'm so blessed to now be able to share this practice with others.

Class Structure

What to expect in a somatic breathwork session

Introduction

20 minutes

I give a detailed overview of the practice and demonstrate breathing techniques. This includes time for you to get settled and comfy before your practice.

Meditation

5-10 minutes

We start with a brief, low-pressure meditation to set our intention and prepare ourselves for the practice ahead.

Breathwork

40-60 minutes

I guide you through 4-6 breathing rounds, set to rhythmic music. In between each round, there is an optional breath hold.

Closing Circle

10-15 minutes

We take the time to sink into stillness and integrate what came up in the session. There is an opportunity to share if you feel called.

    Every experience is different. Come as you are. All you need is a comfortable space to lie down where you won't be disturbed. Headphones highly recommended for the most immersive experience.

    Classes are conducted over Zoom, with free and low-cost options available. I primarily run group sessions, but one-on-one sessions are available upon request.
