Philanthropy

We believe that as a for-profit business, it is our moral responsibility to invest our profits back into our planet and its inhabitants. We employ a philanthropy-first model to ensure that even as a new business with low revenue, we are prioritizing community care and donating to the best of our ability.

Our Commitment

Year-round, 10% of profits are donated to the Tribal Lands Conservation Fund, an effort by the First Nations Development Institute to support Native communities in  defending forests, fighting pollution, and protecting the Earth with indigenous knowledge.

In November 2023, we launched No-Profit November, where 100% TLU profits during the month are donated to mutual aid initiatives.

YES, you heard us right!! Every year in November, 100% of profits goes to people on the ground who will benefit the most from direct financial assistance. While there are many charities and NGOs doing amazing work, giving to mutual aid initiatives is known to be even more effective for helping individuals experiencing various hardships.

The specific organizations receiving the aid will vary. If you have suggestions for great orgs to support, drop us a line!
